4 Color & Count Pages - Students color the sight words according to the chart at the bottom of each page. Each Color & Count page focuses on 5 different sight words. The words are from List 1 of the Dolch Words: In order of frequency. The following words are covered:

for, on, they, but, had
Graph and Tally Follow Up - Each Color & Count page has a corresponding graph and tally sheet. Students count the sight words and record in a bar graph or as a tally. Students practice counting and recording numbers to 10. They also practice the concepts of more and less and write sentences with the corresponding sight words.
