This board game helps children practice the first 25 sight words within the context of sentences. Players take turns withdrawing cards. They read the sentence on the card and mark the underlined word with one of their bingo chips along the pool's edge. Once a player has three or more chips that are side by side along the pool's edge, they slid the chips into the water. The winner of the game is the player that ends up with the most "fish" in the water. Detailed instructions are included as well a link to a video which models the game.
Students can further practice reading the sentences by using the five worksheets in cloze (fill in the blank) format. Black and white and color worksheets are included.
