Eyewords Multisensory Question Words have been created to introduce and differentiate the reading of question words for young and/or struggling readers. As a complement to phonemic instruction, Eyewords provides a holistic (visual, auditory and kinesthetic) approach to teaching the question words. Words included are: who, what, when, where, why, how.
Pages are arranged for double sided printing. Words with embedded pictures on one side and plain text words with accompanying auditory cue on the reverse side.
Eyewords sight words marries whole word and phonetic approaches to reading the high frequency words and utilizes components from all modalities at one time.
