These sight word worksheets are intended for upper elementary students who may lack foundational skills. Instead of giving them worksheets intended for kinders or firsties, give them a more mature-looking activity to increase their confidence.
Use these worksheets as a literacy station activity, a morning work sheet, a guided reading warmup, or a homework assignment!
Each worksheet requires the student to:
-trace the sight word
-highlight the sight word on the image of a keyboard
-circle the sight word in a sentence or write a sentence using the word
-cut and paste the letters of the sight word into the correct order
PLUS each worksheet has a BUILT-IN BOOKMARK that can be detached and used by students to hunt for sight words while reading independently!
