* This same product can be found in my store without decorative bows at the bottom of the pages if you prefer a simpler style.
This collection of alphabet posters displays capital/lower case letters and uses clear representation of fingerspelling signs in American Sign Language (ASL).
While I have had hearing impaired students in my regular education classroom, all of my students have benefited from learning to fingerspell the alphabet.
Uses for fingerspelling in any classroom include:
* Silently spell children's names or table names to line up
* Use a sign language letter for a quiet sign (I use "r" for respect) or to signal the need to use the restroom ("t" for toilet is the actual sign) without disrupting the class
* Have children practice spelling words
... and much more!
