Product Description
After researching the Group of Seven, students create a landscape that, to them, illustrates what it means to be Canadian (can be altered to be American). Students work in partners with a flashlight and a darkened space in order to capture their side profile on paper. Student will then complete a black and white image on the inside of their portrait that illustrates what they think of when they are in their chosen landscape. Student then have their choice of different coloured drawing media to finish the space that surrounds their portrait, with the landscape they chose.
