This product goes along with Silly Sally by Audrey Wood. I had my students flip the paper over to where the words were upside down. They then drew themselves and made their hair and arms stick straight up. When you flip the paper back over it looks like they are walking upside down. They also write their name in the blank where it says "Silly_________ went to town, walking backwards, upside down." It's very cute to see what the kiddos come up with. We did this project during the first six weeks of school when we were learning the alphabet on "s" day in Kindergarten. You could also do this in first and second grade at different times of the year.
