Have you recently introduced a sound to a child and are working on production at the "silly syllable" level? Use this visual/tactile aide to make it FUN!
-Laminate or place in a page protector & write the target phoneme with a dry-erase marker for repeated use.
-Using the color version, have the student touch the circles as they say their syllables
-Using the black and white version, allow the student to color in their circles as they say them using a crayon, marker, or my FAVORITE choice--a DAB marker/Bingo dauber!
-Use it as a "Speech Warm Up" as they've progressed to higher levels of production such as words, phrases, or sentences to familiarize their articulators with correct placement.
-Send it home as homework for guided practice with the parent/guardian.
