Silver Rush Day is an interactive day that involves students dressing up like silver miners. The day includes an authentic food station found at the General Merchandise Store, a jail, two mining areas, and a Saloon-gambling area. Students will be overjoyed to participate in this highly kinesthetic day of events.
This whole day may cost the average teacher $10 to put on as parents will supply the lion share of materials.
With a keen, step-by-step method listed in this interactive unit, you will be heading up a team of teachers that will be praised throughout your community for the effort put forth on this day.
Worksheets and boring lessons will never replace what is laid out in this unit. Check out the preview to get a better idea of what is being offered.
