Task cards are popular in many elementary and middle school classrooms. Easily adapted to any content area and grade level, task cards make for a welcome change from just completing a worksheet for skill practice. These 24 task cards (22 skill cards and two ZAP cards) may be used in a literacy center, as part of a scavenger hunt, or for a game of scoot or ZAP. Directions are included for all of these activities. Task cards can be used by an individual student, for small group instruction, or entire class involvement. They are extremely versatile, easy to implement, and reusable.
This set of task cards is designed to give students practice in identifying the structure of a given sentence: simple, compound, or complex.
The set of cards comes in two versions, one in full color and one in print friendly grayscale.
