Description
This is the perfect way to track students who are struggling with common core standards. I primarily use this with my fourth grade students during math lessons. It is simple. As they are working on their independent practice I can walk around and check off those who are proficient and indicate those who are struggling. I then am able to work 1:1 with the struggling students and have data tracked showing I worked with them, by circling the dash mark. This was such a great idea I wanted to share it! Hope you like it!

I like the simplicity with more than enough spaces so I don't have to print so many for many different subjects. I teach a split class so it's nice to have enough space to seperate the two grade levels on one page.
