This particular 3-6 Relaxation Breath technique has been developed over my many years as a School Counselor in helping individual students who are overly stressed or in "crisis" to calm and relax, as well as in classrooms to help with classroom management during transition times, before tests, or anytime the energy level is getting too "loud" or out of control. Used by students, staff and even parents, it is one of the most important "Life" tools we can share with ourselves and those we work with.
