This product provides simple, but doable writing strategies for struggling students ranging from beginning to intermediate levels of literacy. They are some of the strategies I’ve found most valuable over the years, working with students with learning differences, used in conjunction with research based literacy and language programs.
Consider these activities as interventions on Academic Improvement Plans. If a student has an IEP, consider the writing samples and data collected as progress toward goals. Versatile data collection charts accompany activities, hopefully making your documentation easier and potential goals are included as well.
