Description
Based on the "What Foods Contain..." lab. Students use small samples of food substances and an indicator to determine which food substances contain simple sugars and/or complex carbohydrates.
As a part of teacher prep, I would blend together substances with water so they would be liquified for student testing.
Includes student directions and conclusion questions.
