These simple pages are what I use each year to plan each week. I like this format because I can see the entire week at a time and there's lots of flexibility for notes and changes. I am a "pencil and paper" kind of thinker, so I like to be able to cross things out, highlight what still needs to be done, etc.
This package includes:
-weekly planning pages (I recommend that you print them back to back so that when they lie flat in a binder, you can see the entire week)
-gradebook pages (I keep these at the back so that all my information is in one place) which include anecdotal note pages and checklists
-calendar pages (I divide up the year by month)
-pages for taking notes at Staff meetings
I print these out for the year and keep them in a binder. I add to and take away from them as needed. This is a simple product that is highly flexible when written on - you can put what you want, where you want it. It comes with a PDF (font protected and useable across OS) and the soft copy which I made on Pages (Mac use only).
The sample pages show how I personally use these pages, you obviously will tweak your use depending on grade level and preferences. The weekly planning sheets have space for notes, for groups, for lists of needed resources, etc.
