I find word problems so hard to find for my student's level. Many of my students need tons of practice before they master how to solve a simple word problem within 10 or 20. That's why I created this no-prep pack of word problems for Subtraction. Included you will find:

Some of my students need help with the reading portion of word problems, so I will read the problem with them, we will talk about it, and then they can solve independently. For students who are able to read the problems on their own, they can do these sheets totally independently as a math activity or center. I also love that I can track my students over time to see how they are doing with showing their work, finding the right answer, etc.
