This is a simplified lab report for younger students or students who need a modified version of a lab report to demonstrate participation in an experiment. It can be used on any experiment and incorporates drawing as well as coloring and writing. The lab report includes an observation "before and after" page, a practice data table, an example data table (for a "What Melts Ice?" experiment) and a blank data table to which pictures or words can be added before photocopying. It is easy for students to learn the format and use over and over again! Great for younger science students or students with special needs!
This can be easily modified for students with motor/writing difficulties as well using dabbers, cut and paste words/pictures, wikki sticks, etc. This is also easily modified for students with visual impairments if printed on high contrast paper/text is brailled over and tactiles are used to replace pictures! Font is already large and free from distractions!
Note: This was modified from another simple lab report on our page! Check that out if you have students who can use a challenge!
