Students are prompted to create a Fitness Program of their choice that addresses the FITT principle, as well as aligns with the IB Criterion B (planning for performance) and Criterion C (once the plan is carried out).
This Fitness Program is a simplified version of my other Fitness Program found here: Advanced Fitness Program
This version is perfect for grades 6th and 7th (MYP year 1 and 2) or for lower achieving students in higher grades.
- constructs and outlines a plan for improving health and/or physical activity and describes the effectiveness of a plan based on the outcome.
-The student also creates a video to align with Criterion C (applying and performing)
