This worksheet has 30 cards, each with 2 tasks. The students simplify each radical on the card. A random student begins the exercise by saying “I have (answer to the first task)” , “who has (answer to the second task)”. The exercise is complete once each student has called out their answers. If there are too many cards, some get two cards, or the teacher can even have one and take part in this exercise.
This game is popular with students, so kids can swap cards at the end of each game, allowing the exercise to be repeated with different cards, thus getting more math practice.
