Aye, matey! You've read it right!
This is a singing game with a fun pirate theme that combines rhythm reading of quarter and eighth notes and melodic reading of 'so' and 'mi' using a five line staff.
This download contains two files, one using space 'so" and one using line 'so'. You have the option of using which one your students are accustomed to reading and saving the other after you've introduced it!
This file is meant to be projected onto a whiteboard and can easily be played competitively with 'gold' coins to keep score or just for fun. Any way you play it, your students will love it!
**UPDATED: 09/13/14** I have added three line staff games and a game that uses only melody, no rhythm.
