Note: I have updated these files and added some content as I am going to sell them individually too. Please make sure to redownload if you have already purchased this bundle. :)
This is the first in a series of sketchbook assignments that introduces and reinforces the Elements of Design. They are perfect for supporting the teaching of these essential elements, or can be used as part of a larger unit. Each assignment focuses on at least one element, presents a theme, often an historical connection, the activity itself, all the visual references needed, and teacher "look fors" to guide evaluation.
These short assignments are also great for 1 day supply work when you have to be away. No additional resources needed other than a pencil and eraser!
In this package:
• Accentuating the Negative
• Silhouette: Staying Positive
• Line Thickness and Quality
• Using Line to Suggest Form
• Expressive Lines
These sheets are fully illustrated in colour but also print nicely as black and white worksheets.
