This is a new twist on the old classic Slapjack game. Use the cards to practice the alphabet, beginning letter sounds, numbers 0-20, skip counting by 10s number recognition, and even sight words!
Simply print the page for the skill you are practicing plus an additional page or two. Laminate, cut and mix the cards together. Split the cards evenly between all the players in upside down stacks. Players take turns flipping their top card and, when a card is flipped that represents the specified skill, players race to slap it first. When a player runs out of cards, they are out and the last player with cards or the player with the most cards wins!
