My slate work cards are a great way for students to practice writing the letters without using any paper! Students will need a dry erase slate and a dry erase marker to make this activity paperless.
This file includes:
Half page sized cards for each alphabet letter (upper and lower case shown on each card)
Bonus cards: write numbers and number words, write days of the week, write months of the year, write consonants, write vowels and more!
Includes both d'nealian and modern manuscript (similar to zaner bloser) versions.
Use in a literacy center, during handwriting lessons or as a fast finisher activity. Just print on card stock, cut apart and they are ready to go! A full page (2 cards) could be slipped into a clear plastic sleeve to use as a write on / wipe off activity. Just use a skinny dry erase marker!
