This is a double-sided homework assignment where students relate slopes to tables and graphs. On the front (3 questions) the student is given a table of values and asked to find the slope and y-intercept from the table. Then they are to graph the points from the table and count the slope from the points (rise over run). Next, they write a function rule for the situation. On the back (3 questions), the student is given a graph and asked to find the slope and to use it to fill in a table of values. Then they check to see if the slope is correct and identify the x- and y-intercept. Key included.
