In this quiz, students are given two pieces of information about a line and must use those two pieces to help find the information missing from the table (see preview.) For each line, they will find the slope-intercept form of the line, slope, y-intercept, x-intercept, and two other points that reside on the line somewhere other than the axes. It is a wonderful problem-solving, graphing, and critical thinking quiz that pairs well with my similarly titled and patterned product called "Slope Intercept Fill in the Blank Classwork" which can be used over multiple days prior to this quiz and almost assures mastery of linear equations and linear properties. The quiz, blank graph paper, and answer key are provided with this product. All x-intercepts, y-intercepts, and other points on the graph are all whole number answers so as to not frustrate struggling students with too many decimal or fractional answers.
