For this activity, students will work in teams of 3-4. Each team will need one piece of paper.
As you project each round, students will work in their teams to complete all parts of each round. Students will show their work and write their answers on their paper.
Once a team finishes, they need to have one member of their group bring their paper up to the teacher.
The first team to turn in their paper will earn 20 points, the second 16 points, the third 12 points, etc…
Just because a team earned 20 points, it doesn’t mean they get to keep all 20 points. For every part of the round that is wrong, they loose points. (You can decide how many points to take off. I typically take 2-3 points per part wrong.)
Once all teams have turned in a round, you can project the answers (with all work shown).
Continue this process through all seven rounds.
The team with the most points at the end wins!
