This is a one-sided quiz with 9 questions over slope. The first 6 questions, the student is asked to find the slope from the following situations: a graph, a table (with missing values), an equation (one is special case, the other needs some adjustment), a description and between 2 points. Questions 7 & 8 give the student an equation in y = mx + b format and asks them to identify m & b and then graph the line. The last question asks them to draw a diagram and label the 4 types of slope. Key included.
