This is a double-sided homework assignment where students relate the slope of a line from its table and its graph. On the front (3 questions) the student is given a table of values and asked to find the slope and y-intercept from the table. Then they are to graph the points from the table and count the slope from the points (rise over run). Next, they write an equation.
On the back (3 questions), the student is given a graph and asked to find the slope and then use it to fill in a table of values. Next, they check to see if the slope is correct, identify the x- and y-intercept and write the equation of the line. Key included.
