Description
Looking for a new reading, math, or writing observation data form to monitor student progress in your small groups from week to week? Use STICKY NOTES to write down important take aways from each small group! You can keep so much information on only ONE page! These can also be used by students to keep track of their sticky notes they write on during the school day- use the editable template to call their tracker whatever you would like! Simply print your sheets from the PowerPoint and begin your data and observation tracking!
These trackers are FULLY EDITABLE to change ALL of the text headings with your own wording, sizing and fonts (I used KG Shake It Off)
There are sticky note boxes (2" x 2") for organizing your quick observation notes, sticky note boxes (3" x 3") and then a blank template without the boxes that better accommodates hand written notes or holding more information than the 3"x3" sticky notes!
You can find additional ways to use these trackers on page 2 of this download! Takes no time to write names on the tabs and fill in the simple info up top! Useful for conferences!
Tracker page titles say "Small Group Observation Notes" and "Observation Notes" so you can pick your choice; you can also edit the headings to say whatever you would prefer!
