Especially well-suited to those kiddos who need concrete reinforcements and who struggle to work independently, this series of activity pages is predictable and easy to master. Each page contains the same content, but arranged in different ways, so that long-term memory can eventually replace the “reference cards” provided. The random arrangement also makes it possible to use the 36 activity pages (12 in each level) again and again, as needed.
This activity has worked well in a small-group setting and with special needs kiddos who need one-on-one and/or who do not work well with teachers they do not know. The repetitive nature of the material makes it an easy assignment for students to complete when you have to be out and have to rely on a sub.
