Student counts the dots on one side of the domino and moves the number from the infinite cloners into the first box of the number sentence. Next, the student counts the number of dots on the right side of the domino and moves the numeral from the infinite cloners at the bottom and places it in the second box. Student adds the numbers and records the answer in the solution box. For the equations that have 2 digit sums, the answer must be built by moving multiple digits into the solution box.
Several tools can be used to enhance the experience. For example, as the student counts the dots, the highlighter can be used to click on each dot of the domino. Two different color highlighters can be used for each side to facilitate counting on from one number. Students can also write the numbers over the cloner after it is moved or write them instead of using the infinite cloners. The infinite cloners at the bottom can be used in conjunction with the pens as a number line to show how to count on from the larger number.
