These 16 smart board exercises are great for students to self-teach themselves about the French Revolution. It focuses on the French Revolution. It touches on the three estates, the Reign of Terror, the Palace of Versailles, and other key vocabulary related to the French Revolution.
While working on this activity, students will complete T Charts, describe images, write, read, analyze, test themselves, use key vocabulary, arrange sentences to form a paragraph and more. This was created to maximize the functions of a smart board and the smart board activities that are available within the software.
This is recommended as an activity that 2-3 students would complete alone. It can be done as a whole class, but it is much more effective when students are working in small groups alone at the board. This definitely increases the fun and rigor of the activity.
Again, it can be done as a whole class, but it is not designed for that.
