I used this my first year of teaching to help myself be consistent with consequences/behavior management. I printed this off, glued it into a hand held clip chart/laminated it and bought tiny clothespins from Walmart. I did NOT post it anywhere/it was for my own use. Each child had a clothespin that I moved up or down depending on behavior and the faces corresponded with consequences/were recorded in a behavior log that went home nightly to parents along with a short note if applicable. I started everyone at a happy face each day and if a child had an excellent day they could move up to a "super happy" face and earn a dollar in their bank. Students who earned $5 were able to pick a prize from my prize box at the end of the week/when they reached $5. You should be able to edit the document to put your own consequences for each level.
