This game targets answering "What" and "Who questions. The 20-page file contains 8 pages of Polaroid-style snapshots of various people and objects (6 per page) and 8 pages of Cameras with printed questions (6 per page). There is also a blank page of snapshots and a blank page of cameras for you to add your own pictures and questions to expand this game.
There are three variations of play:
1. Lay out some (or all) of the Photo Cards on the table face up. Have students draw a camera card. Read the question on the card and have the student find the picture that best answers the question.
2. Play a modified version of "Go Fish." Deal out the Photo cards only. Teacher holds the Camera cards and asks questions. If a student has the answer card, they get the match. If not, they can "Go Fish" and select another Photo card.
3. Play a modified version of "Memory." Lay out a set of Photo cards and the matching Camera cards. Have students take turns turning over 2 cards until they find a match. The student with the most matches is the winner.
