Students will enjoy reviewing and practicing sight words with this winter sight word game.
Students need to sit with a stack of cards in the middle with sight words cards face down.
Students take turns drawing cards and saying the word. If they know the word , they get to keep it. They can ask their partner for help if they are not sure.
If a student draws a “Snow Plow” card, they have to give their cards to their partner. If there are more than 2 players, the student gets to pick who to give the cards to.
The game continues until there are no more cards. The player with the most cards gets a “Snow Day” or wins.
