Looking for a quick activity for students to practice vowel sounds that is already differentiated for all the students in your class? This is a set of 15 original cut-and-paste worksheets for students to separate words by long and short vowel sounds. There are 3 original worksheets / sets of words for each vowel (15 total different sheets). Each worksheet has 3 levels of difficulty--with no cue, with a word cue and with a picture cue to give information about where to sort corresponding vowel sounds. This leads to a full set of 45 worksheets that should cover most of the ability levels in a classroom.. You can use them as worksheets that students cut and paste or you can laminate them and cut the words out, using Velcro to make them reusable.
**These worksheets are the same worksheets that are included in my Christmas and Hanukkah Literacy and Math Megapack but I have added versions with word and picture cues and changed the graphics to be all snowmen so they can be used all winter.**
