This money counting game is ideal for small groups or math centers. A fun way to practice money concepts and vocabulary such as coin and bill value, cent and dollar symbols and various ways to make change. Meets Common Core Standards. #BTS2017
1 Spinner, 4 Game Boards, 17 Game Cards
Materials Needed- 1 pencil/paper clip per game board, scissors, game pieces (I use math manipulatives)
Print game boards (and as many spinners as needed) on cardstock and/or laminate boards for durability. Cut/separate cards. Stack cards face down. Spin the spinner. Move that many places. Money- Count and say how much. Amount- Read it/How else can you make it? Snowman- Shout “Snow me the Money!” Pick a card, count the money or DO IT! First to the end WINS!!
