Celebrate the season with this fun winter practice activity! Your students will put their knowledge of coordinate systems, coordinate graphing, and ordered pairs to work creating a mystery picture with a seasonal theme for winter. Students plot points from a list of ordered pairs and then connect the dots to form a figure, which turns out to be a snowman scene. Great for use during the holidays, but since it is not specific to Christmas all students may participate. The coordinate plane includes positive numbers only. A key is included to show how the finished figure should appear.
