Roll & Cover games are a great way to get your kiddos practicing their counting and numeral recognition skills!
The two best ways to use these are:
• Numeral matching: Give your kiddos dice that have the numerals 1-6. They roll, identify the numeral, and find a matching numeral on the mat.
• Counting: Give your kiddos dot cubes that have 1-6 dots. They roll, count the dots, and find a matching numeral on the mat.
There are two options: color and black & white.
• Color option: Print the Roll & Cover mats and laminate Give your kiddos small objects to cover the numbers.
• Black & white option: Make a copy of the Roll & Cover mat for each kiddo. Have them color the numbers with a crayon or marker.
