This is a fun way to practice sight word recognition! Play in groups of 2-4. Each player takes a snowman. Turn all of the snowballs face-down. Player one picks a snowball. If he/she can read the word, then he/she adds the snowball to their snowman. After all the snowballs are gone, students will count his or her sight words. The player with the most wins. This is aligned to ELA Common Core State Standards!
