Description

A Snowmen at Night writing activity and craft art project is a great sequence to the perfect winter bulletin board. This resource has the templates, printables and sequencing steps you need to work through the writing process and create an adorable Snowmen art project for your bulletin board.

This 18 page packet includes black and white ink-saving outlined image pages that look great when colored in by the students. It includes templates and directions for creating a craft for displaying the student writing. I used it in conjunction with a reading of the book Snowmen at Night, but you can use it without the book simply as a creative writing project. I've aligned it with the K-4 Common Core Standards for you. It could also be used to meet 5th and 6th grade standards as well.

All of my packets include: brainstorming webs, top down graphic organizers, draft pages and editing pages and often much more! I have found that using the same consistent format really helps the students grow as writers.
