Leadership Development is first in a series of 12 books “So Kid! You want to be a Success?” all based on how to navigate life with Entrepreneurship, Etiquette, Ethics, and Energy at its foundation.
After 40 years of research, development, and implementation of Leadership Development; these are the most important lessons for all students. Students must have Leadership training; this training is expected as an element of their foundation and not only provides the education of a well-round student but the nation requires this preparation of its well-informed citizens.
This is an enrichment opportunity to show students what it will take to become successful in life all while teaching students History and Literature and how an “Idea becomes a Reality!” Promoted is making “Friends instead of Adversaries” and team work; we all learn that it is the people around us that help us with our success in life.
It was recognized that more students would be willing to take their place in governing their schools but do not know what the rules are and how to go about the process. This session is a template and can be counted on for the proper information about the rudiments of the essentials building blocks of Leadership.
Educators can read one – three pages a day depending on time allowed.
I suggest a review of the page from the day before so that there is a review of previous lesson and a new lesson.
At the end of each section question the class; there are 12 sections
At the end of the sessions I would question about all the lessons
I would reward the student who had the most correct answers
This can be accomplished by giving penny candy for the proper answer and the student who has the most at the end can receive a bigger prize. The large Hersey Bar is very popular.
I realize that the term “Penny Candy” is a misnomer, but you can use your imagination and come up with what works for you.
