Tools for Anxiety & Growth Mindset: I was inspired to create this SEL resource when my own 11 year old son started experiencing anxiety and low self esteem. I wanted to give him actionable steps he could use to recognize negative thought patterns and change them. This resource has helped him, and I hope it will do the same for the children in your life.
This resource is designed to give students ages 9 – 16 tools to help ward off depression and anxiety. It focuses on metacognition (thinking about thinking), self regulation, and guided relaxation.
**A printable PDF version is also included in the Google file.
