Description

Social-emotional learning is an important element in every classroom. Through these easy-to-follow mindfulness activities and lessons, your students will learn about self-awareness, self-regulation, social and emotional learning, growth mindset, and goal setting in a fun and engaging way. When students are calm and mindful learners, it inspires them to learn more about themselves and the way they learn best.

The growth mindset and mindfulness lessons in this resource will help your students to become more happy, resilient and independent. This resource can be used as part of your social-emotional learning time, as a morning work set to help your students become reflective about their day as it begins or at other transition times. What classroom does not need that?!

Kids, teachers and parents love this resource and the positive growth they see.

What teachers are saying about the original MINDFULNESS resource:

"I have purchased multiple items from TPT to support my Mindfulness work. Although all the products are great, this one is the primary resource that I use. So much flexibility and love the interactive nature of the materials. Very happy."

"We've begun using this resource and the students love it! They look forward to mindfulness time every day after lunch and have already worked up to 20 quiet minutes :) Thanks for the wonderful resource!"

This growth mindset mindfulness notebook is a research-based and classroom-tested resource on developing mindfulness. It is a good fit for 2nd-5th grade students, school counsellors, special education teachers, and child care workers.

Each notebook page is guided by a detailed lesson plan. Students complete these lessons in their notebooks with the coordinating printable. Kids love reflecting on their social and emotional learning and this is a fun and interactive way to do it!
