We feel many different emotions throughout the day. This individual or group/classwide activity will help children become aware of their various feelings they experience throughtout the day. They are instructed to color in how much they feel for each emotion such as happiness, sadness, anger, kindness, anxiety, hope, hurt, and fear. Then they choose from a variety of coping skills that will either fill or empty a particular cup of feelings. A colored and minimally colored versions are included.
