Have your students work on social language goals by asking and answering questions while creating delicious Vietnamese Phở (Pho) Soup! Take turns asking each other conversation starter questions, and put ingredients into the soup based on the number of follow-up questions each player is able to ask. Whoever is able to get all the ingredients into their soup first is the winner!

This educational culturally and linguistically diverse activity will help your classroom be more inclusive of students with Vietnamese cultural heritage.
