This activity helps to reinforce teaching of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concept that your thoughts effect your mood. A reminder page begins the activity followed by a sorting activity. Next your student is asked to come up with their own helpful thoughts based on a given situation. This is nice to use for assessment of this concept. The last page is the student's fill in the blank for their "go to" helpful thoughts.
