This product is perfect for working with your elementary/middle school students (or students functioning at this cognitive level) to help them understand and utilize their emotional regulation (E.R.) strategies. Students with ASD, ADHD and social language impairments often struggle to use these skills effectively, but so do our general education students!
E.R. Stat! has 19 pages of posters, instructions, visuals and activities to help our students understand that all emotions are okay and we have the strategies to help us stay regulated across these emotions successfully. Included are templates for your own E.R. bulletin board and materials to extend these lessons beyond your classroom or therapy rooms, with your general education and special education students.
This packet will be a great complement to your school's PBIS (positive behavioral interventions and support), counseling groups or your social skills groups. You can target individual lessons using the visuals and posters and then add to it for year round fun!
