This lesson teaches the basics of the cognitive behavioral therapy trio... that thoughts change feelings and feelings change actions. It is explained in a visual manor along with wording for adolescents to understand. The basic concepts have been researched and are the gold standard in cognitive behavioral therapy, great to use with students with depression or anxiety. I used this in conjunction with Paul Stallards' Think Good Feel Good Workbook. My students needed something more than just the black and white worksheets.
