Many students need to be specifically taught (and given the opportunity to practice) their behavior should match the given situation. No longer are the days of smile=good, crying=bad, yelling=bad. As students grow, social situations get more and more complex and their skill with reading the situation becomes increasingly important. Here is an introductory discussion, game, and role play to introduce these concepts.
Small group puzzle game included. Suggested puzzle pieces and blank puzzle pieces included so that you can customize the game to meet the needs to your students.
Three research base and additional resource suggestions included.
